Every week, Luxe introduces a new positive habit to focus on. Here’s how to make it part of your routine:

1. Read and visualise the week’s habit (Serenity, for example). Take a moment to sit with what it actually means.
2. Reflect on how living this habit could shift things for you, day to day.
3. Consider the opposite. What happens — to your wellbeing, and to those around you — when you act against this habit instead?
4. Practise daily and track it. Score yourself on the Positive Habits Tracker on each weekly page, Monday through Sunday.
5. Carry it forward. As you move to the next week’s habit, keep returning to the one before — building habits on habits.
